A digital tree delivery

The beginning

To help one of my best friends with his business during the pandemic, I developed an app. He is selling Christmas trees, which means he is making the most revenue between November and December.

Before the season, we saw an increase in requests for tree deliveries. So the idea was to digitalize the whole delivery process from end to end. Before, it was a fully analog process requiring loads of messy paperwork.

The whole process was a mess before we launched the app.

With pen & paper, the team tried to keep track of the trees. Nobody could plan the routes, so the company always needed people that knew their way around the city.
